Returns

VirtuArte strives to deliver high quality, culturally unique fine crafts and curios from the developing world. As each product is handcrafted by artisans there will be some variation in color, texture and sizes with each piece which adds to its uniqueness. Our highest priority is your satisfaction with your purchase.

 

Return Instructions

If you wish to return a VirtuArte purchase, you may do so, within 30 days of the purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price or gift certificate in that amount -- your choice. (Note: Items must have the original tags attached. All purchases of sale items are FINAL) Please follow the instructions below:

 

Step 1

  • Please contact us by clicking on contact us and selecting Returns from the menu or send an e-mail to returns@virtuarte.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). In your request please include your Order Number (as it appears on the Invoice), Product Name and Number, your name, e-mail address and the reason for the return.
  • You will receive a RMA number and any special Return Instructions

 

Step 2

  • Repack the items in the original materials. Please include a copy of the original VirtuArte invoice, the RMA number, name, e-mail and mailing address.
  • Send it addressed as:

Step 3

  • If you are returning the item because of an error by VirtuArte, the original shipping charges will be refunded and a pre-paid shipping label will be sent.
  • If the return is for any other reason, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges or pay your return shipping charges.

 

Step 4

  • Send the package via UPS, FedEX or other insured carrier. Please save the carrier's receipt. VirtuArte is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to us.
  • We will send you an e-mail acknowledging we have received the return and containing information about the further processing of your refund or gift certificate.
Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, the correct product will be sent to you at no additional charge or a full refund, including shipping charges, will be issued upon receipt of the original order. Please follow the instructions below:

 

Step 1

  • Please contact us by clicking on contact us and select Returns from the menu or send an e-mail to returns@virtuarte.com within five (5) days of receipt of shipment to report the incident. In your e-mail please provide your Order Number (as it appears on the Invoice), Product Name and Number of the incorrect product, Product Name and Number of correct product, your name, and e-mail address. Please provide any other relevant information.
  • You will receive a RMA number and any special Return Instructions

 

Step 2

  • Repack the items in the original materials. Please include a copy of the original VirtuArte invoice, the RMA number, name, e-mail and mailing address.
  • Send it addressed as:

Step 3

  • You will receive a pre-paid shipping label. If you are requesting a refund the original shipping charges will be refunded.

 

Step 4

  • Please save the carrier's receipt. VirtuArte is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to us.
  • We will send you an e-mail acknowledging we have received the return and containing information about the shipping of the correct product or further processing of your refund.
Damaged Products

For damaged products, VirtuArte will replace the damage item, provided a comparable replacement is available, or give you a full refund, including shipping charges, upon receipt of the original order. Please follow the instructions below:

 

Step 1

  • Please contact us by clicking on contact us and select Returns from the menu or send an e-mail to returns@virtuarte.com within five (5) days of receipt of shipment to report the incident. In your e-mail please provide your Order Number (as it appears on the Invoice), Product Name and Number of the damaged item, your name, e-mail address and a description of the damage. Please give as much detail as possible.
  • You will receive a RMA number and any special Return Instructions.

 

Step 2

  • Repack the items in the original materials. Please include a copy of the original VirtuArte invoice, the RMA number, name, e-mail and mailing address.

Step 3

  • You will receive a pre-paid shipping label. If you are requesting a refund the original shipping charges will be refunded.

  • We will send you an e-mail acknowledging we have received the return and containing information about the shipping of the replacement product or further processing of your refund.
